This club meets on Mondays at 10.00am at the WI Hall.

The Art Group is led by local professional artist Elizabeth Mace. It is for anyone who has an interest in developing their artistic skills in a friendly and relaxing environment and is open to all abilities.

The group is always looking for new members and if you would like to “get away from it all” for a few hours each week, have a chance to develop your artistic talents, and of course make some new friends, then we’d love to see you.

If you’d like to talk to members and see the kind of work we produce, you’d be most welcome at our annual exhibition held at the W.I. Hall on Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th and Monday 7th (Day of the Drynkkings) May 2012. The hall will be open from 10am – 4.30pm each day.

Paintings covering a range of styles, subjects and media will be on display – in fact, something to interest all comers. Refreshments will be served and a tombola will be held to raise funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

The exhibition will be free and parking is available. Catalogues can be bought for 50p, with proceeds again going to the E.A.A.A.
