Minutes and agendas
The parish council holds its meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month @ 7:30pm in the WI Hall, High Street, Shipdham. All members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings, 15 minutes within the meetings are open to the public to raise any questions or issues. Minutes are always taken and archived on this site at the earliest possible opportunity after the meeting. The minutes of the meetings are draft until approved at the subsequent meeting.

Allotments
Shipdham has two large allotment areas, one off Watton Road and the other off Dereham Road/Swan Lane.
Prices start at £8.00 for half an allotment pitch to £16.00 for a full allotment pitch, plus an annual water donation.

FEES PAYABLE AT SHIPDHAM CEMETERY
From 1st November 2011
Exclusive Right of Burial: This extends to 45 years from the date when the appropriate fee is paid.
Children: In the case of burial of a child 0-1 year the Exclusive Right of Burial fees will be zero; for a child over the age of one but under the age of 12 years the fees will be one half (1/2) of that shown for an adult.

Shipdham Parish Council budget for 2012 / 2013
The budget of £42,500 was approved in our December 2011 meeting and will start in April 2012. This means that there will be no increase on the 2011/12 budget.
This budget sets the precept for Shipdham for the year and forms part of your council tax paid to Breckland Council.
